At Splendid K9 Academy, we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't right with your order, we'll do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

 

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, products must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.

• Be returned in their original packaging.

• Include proof of purchase.

• Be suitable for resale.

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product (where applicable)

Where a claim is approved, we will arrange one of the following at no additional cost:

• A replacement product

• A repair (where applicable)

• A full refund

 

Change of Mind

If you've changed your mind, you may return an eligible product within 7 days of delivery, provided it remains unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

Please note:

• Return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

• Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety and digital access reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Online courses or digital downloads once access has been granted.

• Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

• Opened dog treats, food or supplements.

• Personalised or custom-made products.

• Products showing signs of use or misuse.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using your original payment method wherever possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been approved.
